Department tasks:

  • Implementation of approved plans and programs.
  • Planning engineering projects and setting conditions and specifications for all engineering aspects.
  • Supervising all engineering works (construction and electrical) ... to ensure safety.
  • Evaluation of the offers submitted by contractors and consultants in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
  • Participate with the Department of Studies and Designs in designing projects for various buildings and facilities, such as mechanical and electrical works, etc.
  • Evaluating construction plans to approve them before establishing the projects.
  • Providing technical support and advice to the Maintenance and Facilities Department in restoring buildings.
  • Preparing project budgets in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
  • Solving technical issues facing the business or employees.
  • Updating the study of contracts, specifications and conditions, especially regarding implementation, to avoid previous contract mistakes.
