Department tasks:
- Implementation of approved plans and programs.
- Planning engineering projects and setting conditions and specifications for all engineering aspects.
- Supervising all engineering works (construction and electrical) ... to ensure safety.
- Evaluation of the offers submitted by contractors and consultants in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
- Participate with the Department of Studies and Designs in designing projects for various buildings and facilities, such as mechanical and electrical works, etc.
- Evaluating construction plans to approve them before establishing the projects.
- Providing technical support and advice to the Maintenance and Facilities Department in restoring buildings.
- Preparing project budgets in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
- Solving technical issues facing the business or employees.
- Updating the study of contracts, specifications and conditions, especially regarding implementation, to avoid previous contract mistakes.
