Unit tasks:
- Implementation of approved plans and programs.
- Ensuring work implementation according to the required specifications and submitting them to the project manager.
- Approving the quality of the supplied materials.
- Ensure that the samples conform to the relevant regulations or standers after examining them and approving the results.
- Comparing the measurements of the executed works with the executive plans, identifying the permissible excesses, and finding out if they match.
- Submitting reports to evaluate the project according to the specifications and quantities.
- Determining the needs of human resources, equipment and materials and following up on their provision.
- Determining the training needs of the unit's staff to nominate them for the appropriate training courses.
- Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities and achievements and suggestions for developing its performance.
- Any other tasks assigned to it.
