Unit tasks:

  • Implementation of approved plans and programs.
  • Ensuring work implementation according to the required specifications and submitting them to the project manager.
  • Approving the quality of the supplied materials.
  • Ensure that the samples conform to the relevant regulations or standers after examining them and approving the results.
  • Comparing the measurements of the executed works with the executive plans, identifying the permissible excesses, and finding out if they match.
  • Submitting reports to evaluate the project according to the specifications and quantities.
  • Determining the needs of human resources, equipment and materials and following up on their provision.
  • Determining the training needs of the unit's staff to nominate them for the appropriate training courses.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities and achievements and suggestions for developing its performance.
  • Any other tasks assigned to it.
