  • Providing photocopying services for letters, reports and engineering drawings
  • Coordination and follow-up with the concerned authorities of the university regarding the administration's needs, vehicles, and equipment conditions.
  • Coordination and follow-up with the concerned authorities in the university to prepare the project budget.
  • Follow up on the supply requests of contractors and suppliers in accordance with the regulations.
  • Preparing, reviewing and auditing extracts for various contractors and consultants and ensuring that they accurately reflect what has been implemented in coordination with the Engineering Affairs Department in preparation for submitting them to the Financial Affairs.
  • Preparing the records of receipt and examination of the supplied and accepted materials.
  • Saving, classifying and coding engineering plans and drawings in a way that facilitates reference.
  • Determining the needs of human resources, equipment and materials and following up on their provision
  • Determining the training needs of the unit's staff to nominate them for the appropriate training courses.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities and achievements and suggestions for developing its performance.
  • Any other tasks assigned to it.
