Project Management Office (PMO):

Following up the implementation of the university's projects, managing the financial portfolio of the projects and all related procedures on the approved digital platforms, updating the data related to the projects, and studying the priorities of the projects in accordance with the university's strategic plan. It should be noted that some universities have adopted the Project Management Office within the departments that report directly to the President of the Entity, while others have adopted this Office in the structure of the General Administration of Projects, and this matter is determined by the President of the Entity in accordance with the objectives of the University.
