The work of these units is focused on providing support services in three areas:
First Field: Consultancy Offices:
This is done by providing consulting services through the engineering supervision offices contracted with the university to supervise the implementation of projects works, follow up on contractors and the extent of their commitment to the requirements of the contracts, and provide technical and financial consultations on those contracts.
Second Field: Second Field:
Through it, technical support services are provided by preparing studies, engineering designs, technical support services, audits and accounting processes.
Third Field: Quality Control
Through this unit, it is ensured that the works are carried out according to the conditions and specifications required in the project contract and the specification booklet and conditions in accordance with the highest quality standards adopted in the implementation of projects.
The following is the proposal of the organizational structure of the General Administration of Projects, which is in line with what is practiced in most other universities, as we were keen to cover the most important organizational aspects that have been adopted in other universities, away from the increase and expansion in the number of departments, departments and units, and in order to achieve an agile organizational structure that ensures the supervision of the implementation of the university's projects with higher effectiveness and quality.
